- Who we are
- Aqar Valu (aqarvalu.com) shows asking prices for property in Egypt. Contact: hello@aqarvalu.com.
- What we collect from you
- Only what you choose to give: your email when you ask for a price alert or a check result, and the listing link or compound you entered. We don't ask for your name, phone number or unit number.
- What we collect from listings
- From public listings we keep numbers only: price, size, rooms, type, place, delivery status and dates, plus the link to the original listing. We never keep photos, descriptions, broker names or phone numbers.
- Why
- To send you the alert or result you asked for, and to keep the service safe from abuse. We don't sell your data and don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
- Who helps us
- Our hosting provider, our database provider and our email delivery provider, each only to run the service.
- Analytics
- We count page views with a random id that lasts as long as your browser tab, with no names, emails or IP addresses. If you arrive from one of our posts, a cookie remembers which post for 30 days. When you sign up for an alert we store a one-way hash of your network address with it, to stop spam.
- How long
- Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion any time at hello@aqarvalu.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
