What the numbers are

Every price on Aqar Valu is an asking price from a public listing, not a sale price. Real sale prices are usually lower. Medians are only shown from 5 or more listings.

Not advice

The site helps you compare. It is not a valuation, an appraisal or financial advice. Check with the developer, the broker or a lawyer before you pay anything.

Listings and links

We link to the original listing on the site that published it. We are not the seller, the broker or the developer and don't take part in any deal.

Fair use

Don't scrape the site, overload it or use it to send spam. You can quote our numbers with a link back to the page.

Corrections and removal

If you own a listing or a site we read and want a number corrected or removed, email hello@aqarvalu.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.
